POTATO ROSTI

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Kg. Potatoes.
1 Table spoon butter.
70-80 gms. Chese(Grated).
Red chilli powder to taste.
Salt to taste.

METHOD

Wash potatoes and put them to boil.
When nearly cooked, remove from the water, peel and grate them.  Add salt.
Heat the butter and spread the potato mixture. 
Let it cook for 10 mins., on low gas.
When slightly golden, turn the potato mixture upside down in one piece.
Now sprinkle chese and chilli powder on the top surface.
Cook till cheese melts.
Serve hot.
In a frypan, heat a tablespoon of oil, When hot, arrange all the capsicums, cover with lid and cook till soft.
