BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Milk.
1/2 cup Sugar.
Bread Slices.
Raisins, almonds, colour.

METHOD

Boil the milk, sugar and bread slices.
Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of sugar, till it caramilizes.
Add milk preparation, raisins, almonds and boil the content for a minuute without strring.
Put the gas on low heat for 10 minutes.
Cool in the cassesrole.
Turn the casserole upside down over a dish..
