BAIGAN MASALA

INGREDIENTS

12 small long Baigans(Brinjals)
2-3 teaspoons amchur powder
3 teaspoons dhanajira powder
2 teaspoons chill powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1-2 teaspoons gram flour
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons oil

METHOD

Cut 2 vertical slits on the brinjals.  Soak in water.
Mix all the masala and 2 teaspoons of oil
Stuff the masala in the brinjals
Heat the oil in a frypan
When hot, place all the stuffed brinjals in pan
Cover with lid
Cook on a low flame till brinjals become soft
Serve hot
